Jared James Hager, 36 was born to Sandra Jipp and James Hager on April 17th, 1983 in beautiful Klamath Falls, OR. and passed away on Friday September 27th, 2019. Jared grew up in Klamath Falls with his big sister and many lifelong friends, and graduated from Klamath Union High School in 2001. Several years later, he moved to Tampa, Florida to live with his first love Lisa Wheeler and her loving family before bringing their precious baby girl Kamryn Hager into this world and moving to Tucson, Arizona where Jared worked as a loan officer's assistant and bought a house for him and his daughter as he treasured every moment he had with his daughter Kamryn.  In 2006, Jared was stricken with a life-threatening illness as Jared was diagnosed with (GBS)  Guillain-Barre’ Syndrome that would forever change his way of life, although Jared was able to recover for the mos

t part. For a short time, Jared lived in Muskegon, Michigan before his sister Bobbi convinced him to move back home to Klamath Falls, where he lived for just over a year until the time of his passing. As a kid, Jared loved hiking, fishing, camping, riding dirt bikes with his dad James and taking road trips to San Diego, California with is mom Sandra where Jared would visit extended family, go to the beach and to the Padres games. Jared also enjoyed climbing trees, riding bikes and playing Nintendo with his sister. As an adult, Jared’s happiest moments were spent with his daughter or with his close friends. Jared lived for adventure, and was enchanted by nature. Jared always enjoyed his mom’s tamales and salsa, as well as social atmosphere’s, all types of music and sports and was a devout Oregon Ducks fan. Jared positively impacted the lives of many people, as he made friends wherever he went. Many will miss his charm, humor and wit, his hilarious one-liners, his exceptionally delightful laugh, along with his peaceful and loving demeanor. Jared also had a genuine understanding of life’s struggles and accepted just about anyone. Jared had a true passion for encouraging others with his sincere thoughtfulness and loyalty insured by countless close bonds. Jared had a positive outlook on life and took advantage of every opportunity to enjoy his life to the fullest.

 

Jared is survived by his daughter, Kamryn Hager; parents, Sandra Jipp & Martin Kennelly, James Hager & Cath Lankton; his sister Barbara Uhlig; his grandmothers, Rachel Eddleman

and Lillian Bortz; niece, Camden Uhlig; step-brother, Marty Kennelly; step-sister, Eva Kennelly; uncles & aunts, David & Patricia

Hager, Joe & Sue Eddleman, Barry & Pat Williamson and Sarah Eddleman; cousins,  Brian Hager, Steven Hager, Donald Eddy, Danise Kulhanek,

D.J. Bowen, Debbie Mattera, Megan Eddleman, Jennifer Stinnett, Jason & Amanda Eddleman including numerous 2nd & 3rd cousins and step-nieces/nephews along with Jared’s close friends.

 

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Barbara Hager; Grandfathers,

Ralph Hager and Eugene Eddleman; uncles, Ben Eddleman and Clyde

Eddleman and his Cousins, Eugene Beneficio Eddleman and Ben Eddleman Jr.

 

Please join us for Jared’s celebration of life this Sunday Oct. 13, 2019 at 2p.m. at Yesterday’s Plaza, located at 925 N. 9th Street, downtown Klamath Falls. In lieu of flowers please send or personally bring your donation to Yesterday's Plaza. Your donation may be made out to the Dennis Bennett Foundation and sent to address listed above.
