Carl Thomas Winters of Klamath Falls, Ore., passed away peacefully on April 4, 2018, at the age of 67 surrounded by family.

Carl was determined to provide for his family and earned a living working at Weyerhaeuser, the railroad, and Bettendorf Trucking over the years until retirement.

He is survived by his daughters Crystal Rodriguez of Missoula, Mont., Audrey Russel of Klamath Falls, and Amanda (Christian) Harrocks of Concord, N.C., grandchildren William, Brian and Kayla Russel and Natalie, Ethan and Greyson Harrocks, and sisters Mary, Trina, Elena and Dottie.
Lifelong friends included Mike and Jeanette Bach of Phoenix, Ariz., and Kurt and Carolyn Hall of Klamath Falls.
Carl spent his entire life putting others before himself and was like a second father to many. He was a giant of a man with a gentle soul who faced all life could throw at him with dignity and courage and he will be deeply missed.
At his request, no services will be held.
